Rosabelle Harumi Heine

Rosabelle Harumi Heine is a recent Soka University graduate currently living in Oregon. As a lifelong artist and performer, Rosabelle has played violin at Carnegie Hall, been awarded the 'Loser' scholarship by Sub Pop Records, and has recorded many incredible artists while working as Video Director at Soka's Performing Arts Center.

Rosabelle is passionate about collaborative and public art projects. Her work founding Soka's first podcast and community radio club has led to her current job as a podcast editor and producer. She produces both a liberal and conservative podcast and frequently reflects on the values of compassion and dialogue that she was taught during her time at Soka.

Recently, she has been focused on mail art, a project which blossomed from her capstone “Secrets, Letters and Social Practice Art: Self-Presentation in the Internet Age.”
